Individual Collection Deletions

Hi Folks,
I'm a new member from NJ, USA.

Merry Xmas to all who observe.

I searched for this problem before asking and didn't find anything.

When I try to delete a photo from a collection the entire collection is emptied. This is the same whether I answer Yes or No to the pop-up question.

Any help would be appreciated.

PS_ Love Lightroom Queen. I discovered her from a podcast. I immediately joined and bought the book.

Hi, welcome to the forum....and Merry Xmas to you too!

The problem you describe generally happens when you have all the images in the collection selected, so a deletion (i.e. remove from collection) will be applied to all the selected images. So check that carefully....
