In LR CC the keywords of selected photo does not show up in the keyword panel

Welcome to the forum. The "Keywording" panel has three options: "Enter Keywords", Keywords & Containing Keywords", and "Will Export" Make sure the "Enter Keywords" option is selected. And then note that Containing (parent) keywords will not be seen with this option.
In the "Keyword List" panel, you will see a complete list of all of your keywords. The keywords associated with the selected images will have a check mark or parents will have a - to the left of the associated keywords.
