Improved Healing

Even though the spot cloning/healing tool is intended as, well as the name implies... it sometimes would be usefull to be able clone/heal other shapes.
Thus allowing a switch between the current scalable circle and a scalable rectangle as selection/destination tool would make the tool even more versatile !!
