Impossible to delete Rejected photos

Here's a strange bug. Since I upgraded to LR2.1, I cannot delete rejected photos anymore! I normally do this by hitting Ctrl + Backspace. Using the menu (Photo - Delete Rejected Photos) doesn't work either, the option is greyed out (and yes, I do have photos marked as rejected).

Any advice would be very welcome!

Are you trying to delete from a collection! :roll:
Try from a folder or, from the collection, right click to "show in folder" first.
