Importing multiple folders?

Recently had a major hardware bust, fortunately all of my photographs were stored on backup devices.

My problem is now i have 1'' or so folders with pictures in each and either im just very blind, or what, but i cant find a way just to select all of those folders and have lightroom import everything at once.

Its very painstaking having to go into each folder and select all on the files inside then wait. Any tips on speeding this up? Thanks.

Are they otherwise all in the same place under a root folder? If so just pick the root Folder.

PC or Mac? (it would help if you filled out your Signature with basic OS, System and Gear info.) On a Mac you can Cmd Click more than one Folder if they are in the same Parent Folder.

Ah, apologize for that. Thanks for the welcome. I didnt even see that "choose selected" option, i kept opening and just going crazy over having to choose the files. Thanks so much!
