Import Importing from multiple cards at once no longer works?

After using Photo Mechanic for years, I decided to see if I could use just Lightroom Classic to do my importing after finding this article about importing from multiple cards at once:

It worked by selecting the DCIM folders on multiple cards (by holding down Cmd/Ctrl) in the Files section of LR's import panel, rather than the Devices section. I tested it and found that it worked fine for my purposes - this was within in the last couple months.

I just tried to import from two cards at once today, and can't get the multiple selection to work - it only allows one item to be selected at a time. Was this changed in a recent update?

Problem solved - turns out it was a Wacom issue. I realized it after importing some files and trying to select a 5-shot bracket in Lightroom Classic to create an HDR, and couldn't select multiple files (by holding down Shift). Switching to my Magic Trackpad, I was able to select multiple files with no problem, so it was something with the Wacom and modifier keys on the keyboard.

Turns out there was a new Wacom driver, and installing that seems to have solved the issue.
