Images not printing

LR3, Snow Leopard with all current patches, Epson 38'' ....
I set up an A4 sheet with one 7x5 and one 6x4. Sent it to print and it came out of the printer with only the 7x5 printed.
Deleted the 7x5 so only the 6x4 remains, resent the print - nothing happened. Tried clearing & starting again, same result.
The problem was that the master file for the 7x5 was on the local machine whereas the 6x4 original was on a network drive, which hadn't mapped. Once the drive mounted it printed fine.
Rather than waste paper it would have been much nicer if LR3 had identified that there was a missing image when I hit print.

Getting a warning may also be an annoyance as you already are warned by question marks on the filmstrip (if activated). One should be able to prepare page layouts without originals too.

That said, I agree that being warned only when you hit the print button is a good idea. You can submit your feature request/bug report to Adobe with the link in the top menu of this page...

Oooooh yes, I think that'd bug me too. Definitely report it.
