Image Sizing Option is not responding in Export mode?

I expect you're going to have to tell us some more about your system, and the exact problem. You can find a set of Generalized Troubleshooting steps here.

Are you saying that the check doesn't show up in the box, or it shows up, but the exported file doesn't appear to be resized?

If the former, that's a new one on me. I have no idea.

If the latter, please give us more details about the file you're exporting (original and cropped pixel dimensions), and exactly what you're choosing in the Image Sizing panel.
