I am having trouble with my the Illustrator app for Android (on my Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2). When attempting to open a Illustrator file (.ai) , I receive the following error message: Illustrator can't complete your request right now.
I have already tried resetting Illustrator, as well as uninstalling, and then reinstalling it again. Any ideas?
