ICC profile install failure

I have a ICC profile I am trying to install on a PC laptop to my Lightroom classic version 15.0.1. I can see the profile in my file explorer but right clicking the profile and then hitting "install Profile" has not installed it to my profile list for soft proofing. I have attempted this 3 times each time restarting Lightroom to allow it to recognize the profile install, can anyone shine some light on this issue?

If it is a paper profile…. then in the Print Module where you select the profile you will find an option to go one level deeper than the offered profiles. This will reveal all the paper profiles on your system and you will have the option to tick a box so it appears as a preferred profile … when selecting a paper profile.

Hey Gnits I have been looking in this window and it has not appeared there. I was able to load other profiles and find them in this location but not this particular one.
