I need help... LR2 with iWeb 09?

I am creating a website with iWeb '9', but I don't know how to sync LR2 with iWeb. As far as I can see, the only option (right column) in iWeb to import photos is via iPhoto '9'.

I never liked iPhoto's limited capabilities, and thus have been organizing & editing all my photos in LR2. It would be a tremendous hassle for me to transfer all my photos to iPhoto, now and in the future...

If anyone can help me, I'd greatly appreciate it.

LR and iPhoto / iWeb are not integrated in any way. Your best bet is to export the images you require as jpegs and use drag them into iWeb. I'm not sure if there any plug-ins for this, I haven't checked. You could create an Event in Iphoto and drag the images to that so they show up in the media browser for all iApps.

LR3 has a publishing feature that could be useful for you when it is released. By publishing a collection to disk you could then use those images in other applications but for now it will be a manual operation.

Just did my website with Iweb, came out good.

I had to export all the images used for website, out of LR as a collection into a folder on my computer. Then I imported them into iphoto. A major pain and a lot or additional work, but Iweb has a great interface that sees iphoto images pretty easily.
I do think you can add other ways too but they will have to get out of LR first. At least that is what I found.

I use iWeb for my Camera Club's website and Rapidweaver for my own website. Both are simple and look pretty good. I use collections to keep the photo's together. I also use LR to export my galleries that I then upload to my website with Cyberduck. These galleries are then referenced in an iFrame so that they appear in my Rapidweaver website. I use the 'Elegance' web engine from Photographer's Toolbox in LR to generate html based galleries, I'm not keen on Flash based stuff myself.
