I have two books that are great LR resources but i do learn best by watching...

Can anyone point me to a source of video tutorials for LR please ?

I am happy to pay a membership fee for the right site ....

However the most recent is May 2''8. Although not current for the latest version of LR, they are nevertheless still very resourceful.
