Thanks for having me here...
I used to use LR for my photography but have been absent for some time now...
I need to purchase LR again...I don't require PS...What option do you think i should purchase?
Can i still buy a download rather than cloud ?

If you want to stay with something similar to the older Lightroom's (V6 and earlier), you want to look at Lightroom Classic. All products are now subscription as far as I know.
