I cannot print to printer using the print module in Lightroom 2

Under colour management I have clicked the 'managed by printer' (Photosmart D736') proflile then click on PRINT (or PRINT ONE) but nothing happens. It is an intermittent problem ( I initially successfully printed off several pics) that follows when I have been editing a photo. What may I have unwittingly done during development or in the print module to prevent printing out on Photosmart ?

Have you first made the "Page Setup"? There you can select printer... Is it your default printer?
