HTML Gallery, Grid Page questions

[dlipkie]

Is it possible to add caption or title info to the images that are displayed on the grid pages as well as the image pages?

E.g. I have a "mug shots" folder I'd like to put on the web. Each image is a head shot of a single person. I'd like to display the person's name on teh Grid Pages and then name and some additional information on the image pages. I have the info available in "title" and "caption" for each image.

Also ... is there a way for me to design my own templates and add to LR 2.3? There is a "WebGallery" feature that is quite flexible in iMatch and I was wondering if there is something comparable in LR.

Yes! You need a text-editor and the Lightroom 2.' SDK, and a good place to start is by reverse engineering the LR HTML Gallery.

There are also a number of third-party web engines available from sites such as http://lightroom.theturninggate.net, http://lightroom-blog.com and http://lightroomgalleries.com.
