Develop module HOW TO TURN OFF CROP SUGGESTIONS?

Exact Lightroom Version (Help menu > System Info): CLASSIC 7

Lightroom now automatically presents on screen some cropping 'suggestions' when I press the 'R' key to go into the develop module (2x3, 5x7, 4x5) whereas it just used to show a 'grid'
How can I turn off these really annoying guides / suggestions ?

In the Tools menu in the Develop module, look at Crop Guide Overlay:

When you are using the Cropping tool, the [ O ] key (o is for overlay) will cycle through all the options Hal showed in his illustration allowing you to swiftly move between the various compositional guides.
