how to remove the NIC collection from PS

I have removed Nic collection from my IMAC but when i open a photo in PS it still auto pops up. I looked under the filters and it still shows it there. Does anyone know how to remove it? I did look in LR pref. and it is not selected in external editor. Thank you.

This is Photoshop, so you have to look in the Photoshop plugins folder (in the Photoshop folder in your Applications folder). It has nothing to do with external editors in Lightroom.
