How to remove NIK software Silver Efex Pro and Viveza from Lightroom

I have a Mac Snow leopard 1'.6.2.


Issues with Nik software Silver Efex Pro / Viveza within Lightroom. Advised by Nik to do a clean install

I am wishing to remove the older versions of the above from Lightroom 2.3.

Please advise how.

I also have Photoshop versions of the software. However at this stage am not wanting to remove as I am only using the software in Lightroom 2.3.
