I have a portrait customer ( I swore I would never again do portraits) that wants a bunch of wallet size prints
of the same photo. I struggle with LR to have the same image in a contact sheet of a dozen or more of the same image- help mucho appreciated.

In Print's Layout Style panel, choose Custom Package.

You can then use the Cells panel to define the layout you want. Or just drag the photo onto the plain layout.

I was able to get 4 on a sheet, but when I tried to go big, like printing 3x5"s on a 13x19 sheet, I was not able to do that.
Perhaps there is a way to clone my image to multiples and then import the multiple into a larger sheet? Otherwise I will be cutting
paper down to size and printing 4 per page. No problem for this job, but I would think LR has a method for doing otherwise.

You go into Page Setup and set the page size you want. If you have already added cells to a smaller page size, you'll see how they occupy a smaller part of the image area after you exit Page Setup.
