How To Plus '+' A Folder

I can't seem to get the '+' sign to give me anything but new folder to name - I thought you could import froman established folder on te HD by clicking off the folders tab onto another but this doesn't work for me anymore???

OH scrap that - its another FOLDER you have to click on not another tab - doh!

(How can I be this stoopid? Don't answr that!)
