How to merge presets (if possible)

I wondered is it possible to combine multiple LR export presets into 1 preset/droplet.

For my website I need photos in three different sizes (large/medium/small), so I currently have 3 different export presets for each size. I run these 3 export presets on every single photo for the website.

Is it possible to make this into one preset/droplet/action, to save myself some more time?

You can write a Photoshop action to downsize to the 2 smaller sizes, and then turn that into a droplet. Then you export from LR using the largest size, and set the droplet as the export action so that it automatically runs when it's finished exporting.

I personally just tend to set the 3 exports running simultaneously and leave PS free for other things.
