Hello,
I was wondering if it is possible to automatically, on import, have Lightroom mimic the folder structure (where the files are stored) in the collections pane.
Here is my tale of woe:
I was on a trip the other week and I thought I'll bring my Lightroom catalog and put together a portfolio while on the road. I mean, I have all of my previews with me and I can export the previews for viewing on the iPad.
Well I open Lightroom and low and behold there are no folders. Well Duh, the disk with all of my files is at home. but in the catolog pane it show all of my photos without any sort of organization.
I was able to search and get my portfolio together but it was at that moment that I understood Collections .
thanks in advance for your help.
