I just upgraded to windows 11, now Lightroom 6 no longer loads...Is there a way to use or Install Lightroom 6?

Can you be more specific?
What "no longer loads"?
Do you see the start-up Splash screen?
Do you see any error messages? Do they refer to "Activation"?
Do you see blank grey preview thumbnails in Grid view?

Lightroom 6 opens for about 5 seconds, then closes & disappears from the screen.
There are no error messages, no mention of activation, no previews, no opportunity to open anything,
It does say Thank You for choosing Adobe Lightroom & when i click okay, it immediately crashes/closes and/or disappears.

suggests that Lr6 (Perpetual) should run in W11.
Best I can suggest is-
1) Do NOT install the Creative Cloud Desktop App!!
2) Download and run the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner App CLEANER TOOL
3) Restart, cold boot, the computer
4) Re-install a fresh version of Lr6.14 from- Lightroom 6 End of Support

I upgraded both my desktop and laptop from Win 10 to Win 11 (over 18 months ago) and Lightroom 6.14 runs perfectly on both - so it is possible. Sorry I can't help with why it's not working for you.

While that might be the answer they are required to give out, the correct answer is that it is not supported by Adobe. Following Rob Cullen's suggestions should get you working again.
