Is there a way to get Lightroom to show *all* the camera settings used? I want to be able to compare the effect of some minor settings (like Long Exposure NR) on different photos, but I can't tell which photo(s) I used it on.

LrC exposes standard metadata schemas. I believe that a tag like ‘Long exposure NR’ would be considered in the Camera Makers unique metadata schema. These are proprietary for each vendor but understood

You likely need to look aT Jeffrey Friedls “Metadata Viewer” Lightroom Plugin t http://regex.info/blog/lightroom-goodies/metadata-viewer

You can also use the Any Filter plugin's Filter command to filter by the manufacturer-specific settings in the EXIF Makernotes:

Thanks so much, I installed this years ago and totally forgot about it. Not sure why LR can't show this information but it shows me whether Long Exposure Noise Reduction was On or Off. Exactly what I was looking for!

To build on Paul's comment, Adobe has a legal policy of treating any metadata field that's not part of an industry standard as proprietary to the camera manufacturer, and Adobe apps won't access that field without contractual permission from the manufacturer. For example, Apple iOS videos have a time zone field stored in a non-standard field. LR couldn't access that field to display the correct date/time until Adobe got permission from Apple. I think Adobe is the only photo software vendor that has such a legal interpretation.
