How to select the Exposure Program or the Metering Mode we used in our photos ?

Zip is a compression method. It has little or nothing to do with Windows.

For some time, the only programs available to zip and unzip were Windows based. A few years back both Apple and Microsoft started including the ZIP compression and decompression as a part of their filesystem API.
