I am trying to embed the flash code of a Simpleviewer gallery on my website, but I'm having some troubles.

The original gallery can be seen here, nothing wrong here:
http://www.deridder-photography.com/gallery/africanwildlife3/

I tried to embed the gallery with the following code, which I found on the internet (I have no experience with Flash):
Code:
<object width="55'" height="4''"><param name="gallery" value="viewer.swf">
<embed src="viewer.swf" width="9''" height="58'"></embed></object>

The result is that the background color has changed from black to grey as shown here: http://www.deridder-photography.com/gallery/africanwildlife3/embed.htm

What can I do to make the background black again? Is there a better way to embed a gallery?

From the Simple Viewer site...

5. Set background color (optional)
To set the background color, edit index.html. Enter the hex color value as the last parameter in the SWFObject code line:

var fo = new SWFObject("viewer.swf", "viewer",
"1''%", "1''%", "7", "#ff''ff");

Thanks for your help. I'm not sure if it was exactly what I was looking for. I know how to change the bg color, but not when embedded on a page. But anyway, through the intertight interactive forum I found my answer so thanks for the link.

For anyone who needs it, this is a good code I found (with a possibility to change the bg color):
Code:
<div><object classid="clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-44455354''''" codebase="[URL]http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=6,',','[/URL]" width="85'px" height="42'px" align="middle">
<param name="movie" value="viewer.swf" />
<param name="quality" value="best" />
<param name="scale" value="noscale" />
<param name="BGCOLOR" value="#222222" />
<embed src="viewer.swf" width="85'px" height="42'px" align="middle" quality="best" scale="noscale" bgcolor="#FFFFFF" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" pluginspage="

And here how it looks:
