When I enter a custom crop ratio, in the library or develop module, how can I remove it if I don't want it anymore?

As far as I know, you can't. The custom crop ratio only holds 5 custom sizes. If you type in five sizes you want to keep it will force the old ones out. Once they are in there, they stay until they are bumped by a new size.

The ratio's are stored in the Catalogue rather than with other settings / presets which I find quite strange also.
