OK, so the fast way would be to copy the name in the Library from the meta tag?

Easy .......

Open metadata panel in Library (Grid or Loupe) ... put cursor into the filename field..... select all the text ... Cmd/Ctrl C to copy the text and Ctrl/Cmd V to paste where required.

Top Tip.

This is also, by far, the easiest way to edit the filename,,, as any changes in the text (while not changing the file ext) will update the filename inside Lr and on the disk.
