How to add ICC profile?

Hi, Im having troubles adding a new icc profile to lightroom.
I put the profile in the color folder in windows, but it doesnt show up with the other profiles in "color space" when i try to export images.
Anyoje managedn to add an icc profile to lightroom??

Hi Sam, welcome to the forum!

What kind of profile is it? Where's it come from? LR won't use CMYK profiles.

And have you restarted LR? Or the computer?

Its an Icc profile the guys at the printing company sent me because the colors didnt come out correctly.
How do i know if its a CMYK profile?

I have restarted the program and the computer, no change..

I don't know on Windows, but email it to me at victoria AT victoriabampton DOT com and I'll check it on my Mac.

That was quick! I've just checked, and it is a CMYK profile. You could run a photoshop batch process to convert to that profile, but LR won't read it.
