I am a LrC user and have somehow consumed my 20GB of storage on the Photography Plan which doesn't seem to be very much considering I only have about 7,500 photos stored. I'm wondering how to best utilize Lr Mobile.

Right now, all pictures I take on my phone are automatically copied to Lr mobile, which then sync with LrC desktop app. When I create an album in LrC and sync it to mobile, does this duplicate the data footprint on the 20GB of alotted cloud storage? If so, I have de-sync'd all of these albums but the data size did not change.

Being over the limit, my mobile images are no longer sync'ing with Lr Mobile. Perhaps my only option is to upgrade my storage which is apparently expensive AF with Adobe at $19.99/mo for 1TB. I don't need all of the additional apps—I just need more storage.

You must give it time.
Occasionally LrC syncing does indeed gets stuck. In that case you can reset it:
Go to LrC Preferences, Lr Sync, and press the Alt or Option key. Press the Rebuild Sync Data button that then appears. You must restart LrC and then enable syncing again from the cloud icon on the top right.

I followed these steps and it restarted. Stuck again at 2,843 :|

Is 2843 a file syncing up to the cloud? If so, is it missing in the Catalog?

I do not believe it is sync'ing to the cloud. Good question. It seems the catalog it is targeting the Parent Folder and not the catalog itself

I feel like this path in Lightroom Sync setting is not correct. I no longer use a My Passport for storage. Perhaps this path should be different?
