Programming? What for? Isn't it sufficient to just export as a catalog? As far as I know the only way to do that would be create catalogues for those files. Some don't recommend that. Unless you know how to code but I doubt that would be a very good idea.
You will not find a better answer than here- Lightroom Classic File Locations | The Lightroom QueenAnd how could one export / back up / copy / move the develop settings of a specified number of images, e.g. 10, 100 or 1000 images?

Sorry, what does that mean?Presets are stored OS.
Thank you for the link. So, to transfer all of one's own data (presets, develop settings, etc.) in Lightroom to another Lightroom one would have to manually copy all of them separately? And after re-set them? There is no option which does it in a single step? You will not find a better answer than here- Lightroom Classic File Locations | The Lightroom Queen
So Basically this includes- Photo Files, Catalog, System Files (for Preferences, Presets, Templates, Profiles, Camera Raw, etc)
The "develop settings" of ALL your images are stored in the Catalog.
Unfortunately not. (Yet I seem to recall, long ago, a program that might do this. My memory does not recall any details)There is no option which does it in a single step?
