How are the Clone & Healing tools different between PS CS4 and LR?

Hi,
I was just wondering How the Clone & Healing tools differ between PS CS4 and LR? Are they much better in PS? Are they used differently?[font='lucida grande', verdana, sans-serif][/font][font='lucida grande', verdana, sans-serif]Thanks![/font]

They're much more sophisticated in PS, and can clone and heal almost anything, but only apply to one image at once. In Lr, and in Adobe Camera Raw, they can easily be applied to multiple images, and while you can sometimes use them for cloning objects like telephone poles and wires, they are mainly designed for dust spotting.
