Hello everyone!
Well, as the title states, I´m a mexican photographer living in NZ at the moment. I can´t remember when I started with photography, but I can recall my dad giving me his Minolta XG-M as a birthday present years ago, I´ve been through almost every format in the market so far, sticking right now to the APS-C due to lack of funds to go into full-frame.
After constant advice from my fellow photographers in Mexico, I decided to migrate to lightroom (previous workflow was Iphoto or similar, then PS or photomatix), but I just received my copy of LR2 and can´t wait to start using it.
Hoever, right now, it´s time to read, learn about the software and after that, migrate my photo library, which is quite big for a traveler (I haven´t decided if I should just get a spare HDD or save that money for an UWA lens that I want), and I´ve heard that it´s quite a pain to migrate, so I will take advantage of a weekend to do so.
Well guys, for now I think that´s enough about myself, If you have anymore questions, feel free to ask, It´s an enormous priviledge to be part of this community, I´m shure I will be learning a lot from you.
Regards,
Cesar
