help with downloading pod cast windows vista

I have been directed to the LR podcasts by several members. I don’t know how to download them. I have looked around on the we and it seems that I need Idisk utility but it also appears there isn’t a utility for Vista. I have a PC with Vista and a laptop with XP. Any help would be much appreciated as the podcasts seem to have lots of good information.

You *should* be able to just click on the title and it should run. for example, I went to...

http://www.jkost.com/lightroom.html

...and clicked on the first hyperlink (ringed in blue in the attached picture). Doing so called up this website page...

http://www.workshopsondemand.com/ps_lightroom/lr2_p'1/

...which started straight away.


Try it and let us know if it works and if not, how far you got. also, what browser are you using?
