Hi

Hope someone will be able to help.

Recently on my iMac Creative Cloud refused to open. I had to download and reinstall.

Now when I ask it for my apps it does not find either Lightroom or Photoshop (both of which I know I have) Worse still looking manually using spotlight the copy of Lightroom does not open (and I have a suspicion that it is not actually the CC version that I am signed up for)

Creative Cloud is telling me that I last updated Lightroom 69 days ago which I know is not true!

I have tried the option of downloading and installing Lightroom again but that again takes the to the Creative Cloud app and the apps window just sits there with the rotating wait icon

I have something like 15k of pictures and I know that my LR Catalogue is backed up (paranoid but it is set to back up every time LR closes)

Any suggestions please?

Thanks in advance

Jim

This now appears to have been fixed by a further reboot of the iMac so fingers crossed that all is now well

Welcome to the forum. The best solutions are those that you discover on your own just after you made a plea for help. It is amazing that rebooting seems to cure any number of ills. Don't hesitate to let us know if the problem returns to another comes along.
