Help for NOVICE on Printing 4x6 or 8x10 in Lightroom

I'm really new to lightroom. Want to print a 4 x 6. How do I set this up?
I've tried everything, I can think of. But can only get a 2 x 2 print. I'm using a Epson R8''. Color is okay. Please help me, so I can print 4 x6, 8 x 1', etc.

Welcome. To start with, if your image does not have a 4:6 (or 2:3) ratio, then you will need to crop the image in the develop module to that ratio (the Crop tool in LR works in ratios rather than absolute figures). So, a 2:3 ratio will give you a 4x6 or an 8x12 image (or 16x24 for that matter). As I do not have an R8'' printer, I cannot specifically comment on how it needs to be set up, but hopefully somebody will be along shortly and can provide that information.

I don't have that printer either, but typically, you would choose the paper/printer combo you intend to use in Page Setup ... at lower left of Print module. Then in the Right hand panel, you'd choose the specific image sizes, either in the contact sheet or print package layouts. In Contact Sheet, it's the cell size parameter that's critical, and in Print Package, just choose the 4x6, and add it to the page. (Make sure your units are set to inches, or the numbers will likely be unfamiliar.
