I spent a couple of hours editing photos from a photoshoot of a band. The photos on my iMac 24" Xtreme edition in LR 2.' look great. Nice white back ground, skin tones are great etc. Now I have to give the edited photos to my client. I exported the photos using TIF format, 8bit no compression and sRGB. When I opened them up on my PC at work the look dull and dirty. Definately not what I saw on my screen at home on my mac.

Can anyone recommend best export settings that will give best results to a PC.

My monitors on my PC and Mac are calibrated using the same eye-one display2 spyder.

Thanks
Mike

Welcome Mike, you will get the answer here !!
What application were you looking at the files with on your PC?

sRGB is right (file format, bit depth, and compression aren't relevant to the issue), though in this case since you're using a color-managed application in both places, even color space is not relevant.

Do other files look the same on both systems? If not, I think you need to recalibrate one or both of them. If so, I'm at a loss to explain it.

IS CS3's colour mode set for sRGB or another colour space. That is the only thing I can think of that would cause such a colour shift apart from a corrupt screen profile. You could try calibrating again.
