HELP! - Connection lost between Catalog & Picture Files

LIGHTROOM 1.1 - Windows XP

Hi anyone (;->

My pics were previously stored on a NAS box (Raid 1) and the box failed and had to be replaced (i managed to get ALL my pics and folder structure off in time).

The new box has a the same file structure, except instead of the previous... \\NAS\Pics\LIGHTROOM... it now has to be \\NAS\Volume_1\Pics\LIGHTROOM

Could someone please remind me how to get my existing catalog (that's stored with all the important xml info and navigational info, etc), to re-connect/point, to the slightly altered address hierarchy on the new NAS box, as LIGHTROOM has all the info (from the catalog), but can't find the actual picture files.

I'm hoping i'm missing something stupid here, but at the moment LIGHTROOM is dead in the water!

so what was the fix? I have the same problem and it's driving me nuts

Right click on the folder in LR and select Find Missing Folder; point it to the new image location and you're done!
