Hello from Eastern Mass

Just found this place and as I have been trying to use lightroom more and more I figured it couldn't hurt to join another forum, what's one more right?

Anyway, about me:

Working photographer, as a second career (or is it 3rd?). I shoot anything I can get paid to shoot and some I don't. But when it's a wedding I need a good workflow. Lightroom has helped but I'm sure it can do more than I am using it for now.

Former career, computer consultant and senior technical project manager developing medical management software. And before any comments about the messed up med system the stuff I worked on tried to save money by ID'ing those that should be case managed (personal care and programs) in order to keep them out of the ER. Saving money and give patients better health care, image that.

So as a former bit head, as my wife calls me, I do know a good deal about PC's. In fact this hobby (photography) as it started out was supposed to get me away from in front of the computer. Well she meant well.

Anyway that's my story and I'm sticking to it.
