Hello from a new member

Hi All,

This is a little late as I have already posted and received comments here. But thought I should introduce myself anyway.

I'm from CA living over in Munich, Germany (Wouldn't everyone just love moving from sun to rain! lol)

Have been using Aperture since the first version with much frustration over its constant desire to play beach volleyball on my macs. With V-3 I've had nothing but trouble.

So I've made the decision to jump ship and give LR a try for a while. Have V-2x and will learn that before trying out the Beta 3.

So that's it. And a very big THANK YOU to Victoria for her replies and help!! How great to have you here!

Good to have you onboard!

I hope Lightroom doesn't play games with your system. Lr2.6 has been very stable on my win7/64 machine, and the vista/32 machine before it. I've had some issues with Lr3b2 reliability-wise, although much improved since optimizing my catalog.
