HDR capture mode in lightroom mobile

I have come across several references since 2017 about the above. How do you go about doing this in lightroom mobile on your iPhone. I have found a useless video on the web which simply shows you the results rather than telling you how to do it.
 
Next to the shutter button, the the left - change from Auto to HDR (as long as your phone supports HDR)
