Greetings. I try to use separate Lightroom Catalogs for each wedding and event. This helps with offsite backups, etc. I have my own .JPG file created that I then use as the graphical identity plate. Is there some way I can set this once, when Lightroom is installed(?), so that I don't have to do it for every catalog? I was hoping that Lightroom had a .PNG or .JPG file I could scan for and just replace it, but no luck so far. Open to ideas and suggestions. Obviously, this is not a big deal. And no, I do not dislike the supplied Lightroom logo. tx. Don

Hey Don. Sorry, no, the ID plate is stored with the catalog.

Solution for you... create an empty catalog, set up all of your favourite catalog settings including the ID plate, and then don't import any pictures into that catalog. Whenever you need a new catalog, just duplicate that one - like a word document template.
