Graduation tool: adjust area to grad over...

Hi All

Wanted to post this here first, to make sure I am not overlooking something that may already be available.

On the LR graduation tool, is there a way to adjust the mid-point of the gradient? i.e. instead of it being graduated in proportion from the top line to the bottom line, I sometimes have a requirement to graduate the bottom third less than the top two thirds. If I were able to drag the middle line closer to either the top or bottom line, this would be a useful addition to have, alas this functionality is not there as far as I can tell.

Hope I have explained myself clearly here.

Any thoughts...?

You want a non-linear gradient. Nope, no way to do this today, but it's a worthy feature request -- there's a link to the official feature request form in the bar at the top of the page.

For such situations, I just use more than one graduated filter the subsequent one(s) not covering as much as the first or just part of it.
