Graduated Filter

Using the Graduated Filter to darken the sky. The filter is covering a structure that I want to not have the filter on. The erase tool doesn't seem to be available when using the Graduated Filter, only the Range Mask Tool. How can I get to the erase tool.

First, why not use the Range Mask, holding down the Alt/Opt key as you adjust its sliders? But if that isn't going to work for you, notice the filter's panel has New / Edit / Brush, and it's Brush that you need to select to erase areas of the active filter.
