Hi,
I do use a GPS on my camera, but there are times I HAVE (or WANT) to take the picture before the GPS has initialized, so it won't write GPS info in the exif.
For that I use GeoSetter. A neat little program that does what I need: enter the GPS data afterwards with help of Google Maps.
So I can write the GPS info to the picture when it has been imported in LR. And that is my problem: I can see (through ExifPro (I can recommand that prgm!)) that the GPS info is in the Exif, but LR does not see it. I cannot click "reread metadata" because it is grayed out (Hello, "mr Gray", guess the video/movie ...
.
The only thing I can do is delete the file from LR and then reïmport it.
Hints, tips, tricks?
