Nobody here can answer that question, and typically Adobe do not pre-announce any features that are under development.
 
When can we see a similar set of features in LrC
I think LrC already as some of these features. Not necessarily AI but available as editing controls.
... from removing a distraction in the background to unblurring a fuzzy shot... like Magic Eraser, Photo Unblur and Portrait light
and if they are not LrC they are in PS.

Personally, I hope LrC does go down the route of making LrC yet another platform processing mobile 'snaps'.
 
I agree with Paul_DS256. These two features (not really AI) have been available in Ps and other image editors for some time. Remember now that Lightroom is nondestructive and these results are derivative images by Google. If you really want to see AI in action, check out Generative Fill and Generative Expand in Photoshop.

Google is not offering Unicorns...
