I have made a collection of 'worthy pics' that I want to see covering my whole monitor. How can this be done?

In olden time there was a full frame setting somewhere in LR 6 ... , but in LrC 14.1.1 and on an M3 Macbook Pro I can find no shortcut to achieve that. There are always panels on the edges of the pic, but no way to show just the images to a larger group for discussions and teaching purposes.

Can anyone help? Or do I need to go back to Lightroom itself for this feature?

On the Mac window controls, the Green button offers the Full Screen Mode. In LrC the Navigator panel offers Fit, Fill and a pixel Percentage.
In the Library menu, {Windows} offers Full Screen and a toggle for the side panels .

Find out the width and height pixels of your monitor.

Check if a crop preset matches the ratio of your screen.

If not create your own custom crop preset using the screen pixel dimensions.

Use this preset to crop your images, so they will occupy all corners of your screen.

Dear Rick

Thank you for the simple explanation of working with the screen settings in LrC 14 by subscription for my M3 Macbook Pro.

I have another set of problems with the thumbprints now and never before going to version 14.1.1:
The thumbprints that I currently see in "Grid" mode have the file name (my filename with date of picture taken) above their reduced size image. And Iso, aperture and speed appear below. This info is now smaller and gets tiny, the smaller the thumb print size is.

(1) How can LrC be set up to start with larger relative fonts in Grid and Loupe modes. Maybe we can increase the fontsize globally by two uppings above and below.

(2) I would prefer the file name above to be in bold in G and L mode, and even a bit larger, as well. I would also like info on pixel dimensions , with width and height below (not in bold), and maybe a keyword or two following below. There is a lot of space there, once one gets rid of the beige arty stylized large numbers 1, 2, 3 ... -- which I did manage to do myself.

I have had this sort of set up in LR 6 or thereabouts. Is it possible in LrC 14 ? I checked all the setting possibilities and saw no way myself ..

Thanks. all I want to achieve here is to create a nicely workable surface in LcR 14.

Thanks for all that you can tell me here,

FrankU

where do I put my key words now?
