Fixing ISO in lightroom

I am somewhat new to digital photgraphy and my camera and inadvertanly shoot a whole bunch of pictures at ISO 16'', instead of automatic. My pictures are obvioulsy grainy. Is there a way in Lightroom to fix this issue, and can I do this for all the images at once?

Any help would be most appreciated.

In short - Use the noise reduction sliders in the develop module and then synchronise all the files you want affected.

A little longer,

In develop module, at the lower right scroll the panels down to Detail. In the Detail panel, are sliders for adjusting luminance (brightness) and chroma (color) noise.

The effects of the sliders are not shown at zoom levels less that 1:1, so make sure you zoom in on a detail area that you are interested in, to see the changes as you make them. (The little exclamation point icon indicates that the current zoom level is not high enough to show noise reduction. You can click the exclamation point icon to zoom to 1:1.)

Note, while zoomed in, you can drag the photo around to see different areas by holding the space bar, which enables the "hand" tool.

And as Roy says, when you get one photo the way you want it, it's easy to "sync" those settings to all similar photos. There's a thread on that, in the Tips & Tricks forum.
