"Files Missing" during Export

I just finished editing a bunch of pictures, and when I tried to export them, it said the original file didn't exist. The originally uploaded pictures are on my computer, but for some reason, Lightroom isn't recognizing them. So I tried to re-import the original files, to which Lightroom responded with "Those files already exist in Lightroom."

I just imported the originals into Lightroom (un-checking the bx that says "exclude suspected duplicates"), but does this mean I need to re-edit everything??? Please help!

Did you move the files outside of Lightroom? If so, that's the problem, you either have to move the files back to their previous location, or reconnect the files (see http://lightroom-news.com/2''9/'5/31/missing-photos/)
