I have used Lightroom for more than a year. I have more than 1',''' images on file and have had no problem importing or exporting them. Before leaving for vacation I did a backup to the WD exterior. I also purchased a WD My Passport and did a backup. Today I noticed that I had about 1,4'' files in the 2''9 folder. I can see that all of the files remain on the hard drive, but they do not appear in the Lightroom Folders. Note: While doing some importing in the recent weeks, I inadvertently created some 2''9 subfolders under 2''9. Is this the problem and if so, why did it just develop? Am I able to re-import the images form the Pictures folder on hard drive without causing myself more problems? Suggestions.
